Hello and welcome to the website of Southgate Cricket Club.
Southgate is one of the oldest and most famous clubs in London and fields 4 Saturday XI in the Middlesex County League and 1987 League plus cup and friendly cricket on Sundays.
Our picturesque setting in N14 has staged cricket of all levels up to First Class County cricket since the club was founded in 1855 by the Walker brothers, the famous "Walkers of Southgate".
The ground was renamed the Walker Cricket Ground in their honour in 1907 and is maintained by the Walker Trust to this day.
We're always looking for new members and if you'd like to get involved as a player, coach, official or supporter we'd love to hear from you.
Our current focus is winter practice and we will be netting on Wednesday evenings at the Middlesex CCC Academy facility in Finchley. If you're interested in joining the cricket club please contact Rob Johnson on 07799477767.
